Want to help transform the Lansing community with a single bowl of soup? Join us on January 18, 6:30 PM at Grace Lutheran Church in Lansing and you can!
Every month we invite two different groups to share what they are doing in and around Lansing. Our presenters this month are Edgewood Village Parent Group and True Service, Inc!
About our presenters
Edgewood Village Parent Group is a group of parents in the Edgewood Village community working together to improve themselves and others around them. This group gives the parents the opportunity to tell each other what they are thankful for and how each and every one of them are great parents. They learn that they are not alone and that they have help. The parent group is also for finding new resources for one another and expresses concerns about the property. They strive to change each other for the better. This group is all about having one another’s back and being a family.
True Service, Inc. fosters a collaborating network by reaching out to others, both individuals and families experiencing crisis situations affected by crime, incarceration, reintegration, and family reunification for the empowerment and restoration of those with broken relationships to God first, family, then to community.
