Spring is almost here and we have green on the brain! 💚
Join us on Thursday, March 21st — the second day of spring — for two Lansing presenters who are also thinking green: Tender Heart Gardens and Go Green Trikes. They both have important stories to tell about Lansing’s Eastside and you won’t want to miss it.
Bring friends and family for a nice, warm soup dinner and hear what good things our presenters are doing in Lansing. Don’t forget to bring a bowl, a spoon, and a $5 donation to support these great groups!
About the Presenters
Go Green Trikes and the Lansing Eastside Gateway lost everything, including the life of an employee, in a fire. Not everything was covered by insurance. These organizations were home to 25 small business owners, hosted pop-up farm and art markets, and all supported the local economy and bringing fresh, new ideas to the Eastside.
Tender Heart Gardens is a queer and trans gardening collective working on Lansing’s Eastside. Gardeners and community members of all ages are invited to share their labor, skills, love, and support as they create a positive neighborhood space and grow delicious food.
