Fall is here and Terry’s bringing back the hot soup to warm your bones. Then our presenters will talk about the good things they’re doing in Lansing and warm your soul!
This month we’ll see presentations from the Lansing Mobile Farmers Market and Refuge Recovery Lansing.
Join us for this heartwarming event on October 17th at Grace Lutheran Church!
About our presenters
Addiction is ravaging our country. Those affected need help, not punishment. Refuge Recovery Lansing is here for just that purpose: to help. They provide people with tools for personal empowerment and a community in which they are supported while they grow. They are empowering an underserved portion of the community.
The Lansing Mobile Farmers Market is a project of NorthWest Initiative. The mobile market brings fresh fruits and vegetables into Lansing neighborhoods where the majority of residents must travel long distances to purchase fresh produce within their price range. In order to make produce more affordable, they accept EBT and Senior Market Fresh Coupons in addition to cash and card.
